How it Works
It’s easy and it’s personal.
Just read and complete our online form for whichever package you’re interested in. We’ll get in touch, usually within a few days, to talk through your options and confirm pricing before anything’s locked in.

Package 1: Race Week Logistics
Your Race Week Logistics package includes three nights accommodation suited to the needs of your group, return airport transfers or organisation of rental vehicle, a VIP dinner reservation at one of our favourite local venues, plus a curated set of local Nelson recommendations – where to eat, drink, play and relax.
We offer two options to suit your travel style and budget.

Do I need to be racing in The Spectacle to book one of these packages?
Not at all – while these packages are designed with Spectacle runners and their crew in mind, anyone visiting Nelson for race weekend, or looking to explore the Top of the South, is welcome to purchase one.
Are these packages suitable for solo travellers, couples, or families?
Yes – pricing is available for solo travellers, couples, and families or groups of any size. Just let us know your configuration and we’ll confirm pricing to suit.
Can I customise the Adventure Package itinerary?
The three anchor adventure days and your accommodation are fixed, but there’s plenty of room to make it your own. Choose your preferred activity option for each anchor day, add on extras like canyoning or a night walk, and fill the rest of your week from a range of self-guided local recommendations.
Why doesn’t the Adventure Package include my Nelson accommodation?
Since many of our travellers already have Nelson accommodation sorted as part of race weekend, we’ve kept it as an optional add-on rather than building it into the package – so you’re not paying for something you might not need. Let us know if you’d like us to arrange it.
What if my dates don’t line up exactly?
Our Race Weekend packages are built around the core race weekend of Thursday 3rd – Sunday 6th December. If you’re arriving earlier or leaving later, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. The Adventure Package can start any day from 6th December onwards, so there’s flexibility to fit your own schedule.
What if I want to stay in New Zealand longer?
We’d love to help extend your trip! Whether that’s more time in the Top of the South or further afield, get in touch and we’ll talk you through options – including our nationwide Self-Drive Tours.
What happens after I fill in the form?
One of our local travel experts will review your details and get in touch personally to talk through your options and confirm pricing. Nothing is confirmed or charged until you’re happy with the package.
